Photography competition

'People at work' is this months theme for our monthly competition with a Lowepro Passort Sling up for grabs for the winning entry.

Last months competition theme was 'Desolate' and was won by Heather Corkhill who's shot 'Gobi Ovoo' ticked all the right buttons with our judges.

Heather's shot was taken with a Canon EOS 450D in the Northern Gobi desert and shows an 'Ovoo' found all over Mongolia which is a spiritual site and a place to ask for good luck for the road

For more details on how to enter this months competition or to view the winners gallery visit the Photo Continental website competition page.
We're keen to hear from anyone who may have a good idea for a theme for the competition, so why not post your theme ideas the comments section below.

well what a crock - you say you are looking for originality and you choose a egg timer for the winner of the "Time" photo comp. How original - why not a watch? Give me a break!

I can't believe that your winner for the romance photo competition was the best sent in. Composition is poor, colour is washed out. Over all it is weak. I know what it is - You guy's just can't judge photo's.

Anonymous said...

clearly Romance winner submitted a photoshop edited silhouette. Only skill here is photoshop. Can't photocontinental see this???
I agree with previous submission

I think that birds would be a great theme... hard to capture, yet they are all beautiful in their own way.
